Shipping Policy / Order Fulfillment (for International orders, please scroll down):
Choose US-Postal Service for your shipping needs starting as low as $4.99 for 1st item + $0.30/addit. item, with UPS as your alternate choice. Pre-calculated shipping charges for small and light-weight items, as well as orders over 10 items, may be reduced once the final shipping weight and actual USPS-service (First or Priority) has been established.
Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours of receipt, excluding holidays & weekends. We offer FREE shipping on orders over $ 125.00 within the continental USA based on USPS-Service. If there will be a delay in shipment of your order, we will notify you immediately of the issue causing the delay.
We will email you the UPS or USPS tracking number as soon as it is available. Please do NOT include the day of receiving the tracking number in your calculation of anticipated delivery time which usually starts the following business day. Click here for an estimated delivery time for orders shipped via UPS-ground. Orders shipped via USPS have a delivery time of 2-5 business days (except HI,AK).
Return & Refund Policy:
Your satisfaction is our goal. Good Luck Creations offers a 10 day Money Back Guarantee. Please request a return authorization number (RA#) at Info@GoodLuckCreations.com specifying your order number, the product being returned and the reason for return. Shipping charges and Credit-card processing charges are not refundable. Please allow at least one billing cycle from the date of return for you to see a credit card credit transaction on your statement. International Orders / Shipping: International orders (outside USA including Canada) are subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when a shipment reaches your country. You are considered the importer of the record, and thus must comply with the laws and regulations of your country. Taxes:
We are required to charge 8.25% tax to residents of California. There is no sales tax for all other states within the USA.(Nov04)
